Let the kids draw a happy or sad smiley on Earth based on the activities listed on the left of the worksheet. It is great to be used among preschoolers, kindergarteners, and young school kids at home or in classrooms.

There are six points listed in the printable worksheet all of which can result in either a good or bad effect on Earth.

2. environmental pollution due to the harmful chemicals released from industries/factories
3. air pollution caused by motor vehicles
4. using recycled bags
5. recycling plastic bottles
6. cutting trees
You can explain each of the above points to the kids and let them draw a happy or sad smiley on the earth’s pic based on their understanding. Alternatively, they can also stick smiley stickers on earth. This is a great activity to teach kids about the concepts of pollution, recycling, and the importance of trees to our planet.
While talking about each point in the worksheet, you can explain to them how to take care of Earth. Explain why certain activities are good for our planet and why certain activities are unfriendly and how it makes Earth sad. Kids will find it both interesting and easy!
