Print the cat body template and tail template on white A4 cardstock. It is recommended not to use a very thick cardstock to make the folding easier in the later steps.
Print the third page with the eyes, nose, etc. either on white A4 construction paper or white A4 cardstock.
Step 2
Color the nose and inner ears pink using a sharpie or color pencil.
Cut out all the parts from the template.
Get a paper bowl and cut the top half part with the rim out of it. We will use the remaining part to make the cat’s face.
Let’s stick the eyes and nose on top of the paper bowl. Draw a tiny mouth and whiskers on the cat’s face using a black sharpie.

Step 3
Let’s stick the ears now. Take the two bigger triangle shapes and fold the bottom part backward a bit.
Stick the inner pink ear inside the bigger triangle.
Apply glue on the small fold we made and stick both the ears on top of the paper bowl.

Step 3
Get the cat’s body template and apply glue generously all over the right side of the dashed line.
Bring the other side to the dashed line and fold the smaller side with glue on top of it to make a cone-like shape.
First, we made the kitty who is lying down looking upwards. To make this cat craft, we need to stick the two legs on either side of the cat’s body. Then stick the tail inside the paper cone. If you want a smaller tail, you can cut it off a bit.
Stick the cat’s face on top of the cat’s body using PVA glue or hot glue.
Hot glue dries quicker, so grown-ups may have to help kids with this step if hot glue is being used.

How to make a black cat craft using paper bowl?
Next, we made an easy Halloween-themed black cat and this one is our favorite.
To make a black cat craft, you can paint the paper bowl black. Also, print out the template on cardstock, cut out the parts and use a pencil to trace the shapes onto black paper.
For this cat craft, we glued the cat’s face just in front of the cone-shaped body with the inner top part of it touching the top of the cone-like shape.
You can tilt the head a little bit to make it even cuter!
Next, stick two or four legs at the bottom of the body and stick the tail behind.

The black cat craft is ready!
