Steps to make the flower bouquet printable craft for Mother’s Day
Step 1
Download and print page 1 of the paper flower bouquet template on colored A4 cardstock paper, page 2 on green A4 cardstock, pages 3 and 4 on white A4 construction papers, and page 5 on white A4 cardstock.

Step 2
Cut out the bouquet template carefully and fold it inward along the dotted lines. Once folded, set it aside.
Proceed to cut out the flower shapes to use as templates. Using the template, cut out flower shapes from colored papers. Be sure to cut out several flower shapes to add variety to your bouquet.
Additionally, don’t forget to cut out circle shapes to place in the middle of the flowers; aim for 7 to 10 flowers.
Optionally, you can color the templates using watercolor or acrylic paint. After coloring, allow the flowers to dry completely before cutting them out. You can also also use crayons.

Step 3
Stick the circle shapes inside the flowers. Kids will especially enjoy this step as they get to decide on the color combinations for their flowers.

Step 4
Cut out the stems and leaves from the template.
Dab a bit of glue near the top of each stem. Roll that top part and stick it onto the glue, shaping a cute little circle. Repeat for all the stems.
Now, stick those flowers on top of the circles. This trick gives them a cool 3D effect. Wait for the glue to fully dry before proceeding to the next step.
Be sure to leave one or two flowers unglued to add a special touch to our bouquet in the later step.

Step 5
Let’s start assembling the bouquet! Take the bouquet shape we set aside from step 2 and begin sticking the flower stems and leaves inside. Apply glue to about halfway from the bottom of each stem, leaving the top part unglued.
Make sure to position them at different heights for a natural look. Feel free to trim some stem lengths for varied heights if necessary. Also, don’t forget to tuck in the flowers we left unglued from step 4 behind the stems for a lovely finishing touch.
Once your bouquet is complete, carefully cut out the small triangle shape provided. Kids can now write their heartfelt messages on the tiny triangle-shaped card. Then, simply stick it at the bottom of the bouquet, and fold the bouquet card closed.
Mom will be absolutely delighted to discover the sweet touch added to this heartfelt bouquet craft!
