Steps to make a simple popsicle stick house on paper
Now that we’ve got all our supplies lined up, it’s time to make our mini popsicle stick house. This craft is fantastic for honing those budding engineering skills in the little ones. Plus, it’s a great way to spend some quality time together, bonding over a shared creative project.
Step 1
Download and print page 1 of the popsicle stick house template on a white A4 cardstock paper. Print page 2 on a white A4 construction paper. You can get access to our printable by signing up for our newsletters below.

Step 2

Let’s start crafting our little popsicle stick house on paper!
Kids can now grab their favorite colored popsicle sticks. First up, we’re building a wall for our tiny house.
Just squeeze a tiny bit of glue onto the first popsicle stick shape. Then the kids can stick one popsicle stick right on it! Keep adding glue and sticking those sticks until our little wall is complete. And hey, if some sticks end up a little wonky, no worries! It’s all part of the fun!
Step 3

Alright, time to make the roof! Simply stick two popsicle sticks at the top. Easy peasy, right?
Step 4
Grab some foam paper and use the printable template to cut out the door, windows, and chimney.

Kids can use a black Sharpie to draw lines on the chimney, door, and window for an extra cool look! Now stick the foam shapes onto the house.
