Supplies you need to make the Snowman Christmas card
- Snowman card template
- A4 cardstock
- Color pens, crayons, etc. (If you are using the color-in version of the template)
- Googly eyes
How do you make a snowman card?
Print out the snowman card template on white A4 cardstock. (Page 3 and page 4 of the template are the colored versions. If you want to color in your own snowman, you can print pages 5 and 6)
Cut out all the parts of the snowman template.
Stick the snowman’s hands to the sides of the body.
Fold the card (the 8-shaped piece) in half and stick it on the snowman’s body just below the head. The folded side should come at the top.
Stick the hat to the top of the snowman’s head. Glue the small black circles on the top of the card.
Let’s give the snowman a scarf now. Glue the shorter piece of the scarf just below the folded edge of the card horizontally. Cut the longer piece of the scarf into two pieces and stick them below the shorter one as shown below. (If you are using the color-in version of the snowman template, kids can customize the scarf using color pens, crayons, etc.)
Stick the eyes, cheeks, and carrot nose on the snowman’s face and draw a mouth using black marker.
Finally, open the card and write your Christmas message!
